All Hands ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the All Hands mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use All Hands:

Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up
Profile information: Your display name and optional profile photo
Team data: Your team membership, role (player or captain), and match availability responses
Device information: Push notification tokens to send you match reminders and team updates

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the All Hands app
To display your profile to your teammates
To send push notifications about matches, lineups, and team activity
To allow captains to manage team rosters and lineups

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only with:

Your teammates: Your name, role, and availability responses are visible to members of your team only
Supabase: Our backend database and authentication provider (Supabase Privacy Policy)
Apple: If you sign in with Apple, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain). We use Row Level Security to ensure users can only access their own team's data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data, including your profile, team membership, availability history, and comments.

6. Children's Privacy

All Hands is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or email.
