All Hands ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the All Hands mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use All Hands:
Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up
Profile information: Your display name and optional profile photo. Profile photos are selected from your device's photo library and stored on our servers so your teammates can identify you.
Team data: Your team membership, role (player or captain), and match availability responses
Feedback: If you choose to submit feedback via the app, we collect the message text along with your user ID so we can follow up if needed
Device information: Push notification tokens to send you match reminders and team updates
Live stream data: When you use the Go Live feature, your video and audio are transmitted through Agora's real-time communications infrastructure. Agora may collect call quality metrics and connection data to operate and improve their service. Live streams are only visible to members of your team.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and operate the All Hands app
To display your profile to your teammates
To send push notifications about matches, lineups, and team activity
To allow captains to manage team rosters and lineups
To display your profile photo to your teammates
To receive and respond to feedback you voluntarily submit to help improve the app
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is shared only with:
Your teammates: Your name, role, and availability responses are visible to members of your team only
Agora: When you use the Go Live feature, video and audio are routed through Agora's real-time communications network (Agora Privacy Policy)
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain). We use Row Level Security to ensure users can only access their own team's data.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data, including your profile, team membership, availability history, and comments.
6. Children's Privacy
All Hands is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or email.
